This time of year when there are temptations everywhere in terms of food/treats rather than being tempted to eat them, I’m actually drawn in the opposite direction to NOT engage with them because I know how they make me feel afterward.
As soon as I up my water intake, avoid sugar and limit alcohol I feel 1,000 times better and always wonder why I don’t do it consistently and remember how good it feels to be healthy.
I think a big part of it is accountability.
If you surround yourself with others who are also on a healthy track it’s easier to stay there yourself. The opposite is true as well.
As someone who gets intuitive instincts often, I have been hearing the message that my work in 2023 is to help people to improve their well-being: physically, emotionally, spiritually…
I know that to guide others on this path, I need to walk the walk myself first which is what I am committing to.
