Objective: Today we will reexamine the boundaries we’ve set and make new agreements for ourselves.
1). Cleanse your space and yourself.
2). Watch this video “Boundaries Discussion.” In your journal, write down key points that stand out to you or that resonate with you.
3). Go somewhere that is quiet and comfortable and listen to this meditation.
4). In your journal, fill at least one page with the affirmation, “I love and accept myself.”
5). Share in Facebook Group what came through for you while working through the meditation and journaling.
