Objective: Today we will examine those areas that need forgiveness work and will work to release past judgements and resentments.

1). Cleanse your space and yourself. 

2). Go somewhere that is quiet and comfortable and listen to this meditation.

3). In your journal, fill at least one page with the affirmation, “I trust myself.”

4). Share in Facebook Group what came through for you while working through the meditation and journaling.
