Objective: Today we are going to do the work to release the limiting belief that, “It’s lonely at the top.”
1). Cleanse your space and yourself.
2). Watch this video “It’s lonely at the top.” In your journal, write down key points that stand out to you or that resonate with you.
3). Go somewhere that is quiet and comfortable and listen to this meditation.
4). In your journal write a love note to yourself. What do you love about yourself? What are you doing well? What promises will you now keep to yourself?
5). Share in Facebook Group what came through for you while working through the meditation and journaling.
